Location: Onsite with opportunity to work from home

Salary: £33,381 - £35,487

Pension contribution: 22.5% equivalent to £7,610

Role Overview:

As a HR Business Partner, you will contribute to cultivating an inclusive and engaged work environment by providing strategic and operational HR support to multiple departments across the Group. You will partner with managers to design and deliver HR solutions which maximise our people performance and develop and implement effective workforce planning to contribute to strengthening our organisation.

What will you be doing:

Grow, develop and support our managers building credible relationships
Provide guidance and support to managers on employment law, performance management, employee relations (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, capability) , talent development, and organisational development.
Support the recruitment and selection process to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Embed our values whilst supporting the delivery of our people and culture strategy.
Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices to proactively propose innovative solutions and ensure people matters are effectively managed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or skilled HR adviser taking next steps
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Experience in championing HR initiatives aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Skilled using MS Office suite to analyse people data and in HR systems
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Experience of working in a safeguarding environment would be preferred
