Joining us as Inclusive Learning Officer, you will ensure the effective coordination and monitoring of in class support for learners with learning difficulties, disabilities and ESOL, English and Maths support needs.
Safeguarding learners and promoting their wellbeing in all aspects of their learning, you will implement agreed individual programmes of support for learners to enable them to achieve qualification aims, develop independence, enhance progression opportunities and progress towards EHCP outcomes.
As our Inclusive Learning Officer, we expect you to be educated to GCSE/Level 2 level (or equivalent) and have a proven track record in supporting learners with learning difficulties and other support needs, to enhance learner success. We’d like you to have high level interpersonal skills, experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams and a good standard of written and oral communication skills.
Experience of managing or leading a team is desirable, as is experience of implementing and developing effective quality systems.
