Contribute to the development and execution of learner engagement strategies to meet the organisation’s monthly targets and KPIs.
Identify and engage unemployed learners from referral partners for AEB courses.
Respond to enquiries from referral partners and stakeholders, offering advice and guidance on courses and services provided by the organisation.
Serve as a key point of contact, creating and maintaining productive relationships with both learners and stakeholders.
Develop innovative engagement approaches to ensure a consistent intake of learners for various programs.
Organise and coordinate events and activities aimed at engaging and motivating learners.
Monitor and evaluate the success of learner engagement initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date learner records, ensuring the accuracy of information.
Support the delivery of adult education programs by providing guidance and support to learners.
Stay informed about relevant policies and procedures within the sector.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

IAG qualification (Information, Advice, and Guidance) is highly valued, or a strong commitment to working towards obtaining one.
Familiarity with the Employability sector, particularly Bootcamps and AEB programs.
Proven experience in learner engagement and outreach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with referral partners, such as Job Centres.
Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
A solid understanding of adult education and related services.

If you are passionate about helping others achieve their educational and career goals and have the skills and experience to thrive in this role, we would love to hear from you!
