Key Responsibilities:
Empower learners by sharing your knowledge of the residential childcare sector throughout their apprenticeship journey.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure learner success.
Develop crucial skills in learners, focusing on Mathematics and English proficiency.
Nurture a caseload of 40 learners, ensuring they achieve success at their End-Point Assessment (EPA).
Plan and implement teaching and learning activities with a robust assessment process.
Regularly review progress, adapting coaching strategies to meet learner needs.
Provide valuable information, advice, and guidance to support holistic development.
Efficiently manage E-Portfolios for all learners.

Experience and Qualifications:
Desired: Teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent
We are willing to take on trainee's with strong occupational experience
Essential: Occupational competence in a residential childcare setting.
Desired: Assessor's qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent.
Essential: Qualification in Residential Childcare up to Level 5.
Required: Willingness to undertake relevant training or qualifications to stay at the forefront of the field.
Driver’s License: UK driver’s license with access to own vehicle.
