Here's what you'll be diving into:



Leading a talented team of Business Development Writers to craft compelling and irresistible bids that stand out in the crowd.
Ensuring the submission of winning bids, even in the most fiercely competitive situations, by leveraging your strategic prowess.
Coordinating bidding projects across departments and externally, orchestrating the perfect response to each tender opportunity.
Designing innovative strategies to exceed buyer requirements and leave our competitors in awe.
Conducting meticulous research to fuel our tendering efforts and staying ahead of the curve with market intelligence.
Crafting persuasive tender responses that captivate buyers and showcase our unique value propositions.
Driving continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into our bidding processes.


But that's not all – you'll also be:



Maintaining unwavering compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, ensuring our operations are always top-notch.
Harnessing your exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide your team towards excellence.
Leveraging your expertise in project management to oversee implementation and mobilization phases when needed.


What we're looking for:



A-level or equivalent in English and Math's, coupled with relevant sector experience and managerial qualifications.
Exceptional business writing skills with an eagle eye for detail and branding compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders and convey our message effectively.
A knack for identifying bid weaknesses and transforming them into strengths.
Proven experience in tendering for employment, education, or related sectors, coupled with a track record of success.
Strong leadership qualities to inspire and empower your team to greatness.
A passion for innovation and a relentless drive to push boundaries and exceed expectations
