The Role

Responsible to the MIS Manager and The Head of Operations, working within the College's management information systems team you will be responsible for the co-ordination and maintenance of the data cycle for all Apprenticeship learners across the organisation. You will also be responsible for the data queries and relationship with assessors and subcontractors.

What we are looking for

Applications are invited from candidates who have a good standard of education to at least NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, and qualifications in English and Maths Level 2.

We are looking for an individual who has experience in the use of management information systems and knowledge of EBS and other College management systems. You will need comprehensive knowledge of the Individual Learner Record as well as knowledge of Apprenticeship funding and how it relates to all aspects of the learner journey
