- Hold solid, occupational competency within Manufacturing.
- Must have experience of delivering on-the-job training to colleagues within a manufacturing environment.
- Ideally hold or willingness to work towards either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) – full training and funding provided.
- Ideally have current or previous experience of delivering PMO qualifications.
- Confident and comfortable to deliver training to small groups of learners.
Duties include:
- Assess and support learners working towards PMO NVQ to Level 2, in a workshop / small group setting.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
- Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression. - Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
