bemix is a social enterprise providing Supported Internships to 50 young people and a wide range of employers across two neighbouring geographical areas, with bases in two towns: Sittingbourne in Kent and Chatham in Medway. As a company founded on the principle of co-production, choice and control for young people as equal decision-makers alongside our staff team are foundational to our conception of quality. Despite the damage to the jobs market inflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain ambitious and determined to achieve the strongest possible job and career outcomes alongside the young people we serve.
